Fall Pests: Yellow Jackets

Yellow jackets are natural predators and don’t usually bother you unless provoked – except in the fall when they become more of a nuisance.
According to the Washington State University Tip Sheet, it’s recommended that you leave nests alone unless they are in your path or you have children. Then, contact a professional to have them removed.
